We all had such big dreams when we were young. Maybe you wanted to be an astronaut or a football player or a princess. I myself wanted to be Evel Knievel.  I used to have his little wind-up motorcycle, and I played with it for hours. I dreamed of jumping across the Grand Canyon on my motorcycle. What did you dream about?

Life has a way of stealing away our dreams. We let go of them piece by piece, and soon we accept things as they are. We settle into life as it is, rather than life as God wants it to be.

Jesus promised us something different. His words in John 10:10 are: “I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.”

Does that describe you? Are you just surviving or do you have life to its fullest? It’s time to re-engage! It’s time to dream again! It’s time to discover the adventure God has for all of us.
